Staring Wednesday, March 18, and until further notice, the NHSA will convert its business operations to a virtual platform. This proactive action is meant to prevent the spread of Coronavirus in our community. All aspects of our business remain functional, although our offices are closed to the public and payments will no longer be taken in person. Customers can conveniently pay online or by return mail to: NHSA, P.O. Box 71352, Philadelphia, PA 19176-1352. As always, our billing clerks can be reached at 201.963.6043. Sewer maintenance continues during this period. You may report sewer problems at 866.689.3970 or online. Developers may continue to submit applications for connections following the instructions here. Please note that although we are operating virtually, our invoices will continue to be mailed and payment is expected on time to avoid interest charges.
