Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., the Open Public Meetings Act, the following are the regularly scheduled meeting dates of the North Hudson Sewerage Authority ("Authority") for the Fiscal Year beginning February 1, 2009 and ending January 31, 2010. All such meetings shall take place at the Authority's offices, 1600 Adams Street, Hoboken, New Jersey at 6:30 p.m., prevailing time:

A copy of this notice has been mailed to the Jersey Journal, Star Ledger, Hoboken Reporter, Clerks of Hoboken, Union City, Weehawken and West New York, the Hudson County Clerk and a copy of this notice shall be posted on the Authority Bulletin Board.
