Fredric J. Pocci Fredric J. Pocci, has served as the Executive Director and Authority Engineer of the North Hudson Sewerage Authority since 1991. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the states of New Jersey and New York. Prior to this position, he was chief operating officer with a New York real estate firm, an assistant commissioner with the N.Y.C. Departments of Buildings and General Services as well as the Division Chief of Sewer Construction and Sewer Maintenance for the N.Y.C. Department of Environmental Protection. He holds a Master of Science in Management from The Polytechnic Institute of New York University, a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from New York University and a Bachelor of Science from St. John’s University. He is an associate member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and a member of the Association of Environmental Authorities of New Jersey. He has contributed to several articles on waste water management and design issues. A resident of Chatham Township, in Morris County, he currently serves as the President of the Board of Trustees of the Free Library of the Chathams and is also a Trustee of the Chatham Township Volunteer Fire Department. |
