Joseph Rivera

Joseph Rivera, a resident of West New York, has served as a Commissioner of the Authority since 1996. He has served as the Authority secretary since 2006 and has sat as a member of the Facilities Review Board since 2001. He is currently employed by the West New York Board of Education.
