Harold Schroeder

Harold Schroeder, a life long resident of West New York, has served as a Commissioner of the Authority since the 1996 merger of the Tri-City Sewerage Authority and the West New York Municipal Utilities Authority, where he served as chairman. He has served as the Authority vice chairman since 2005, currently chairs the Facilities Review Board and serves as a member of the Finance Committee. He is recently retired from Robertet Fragrances Inc. and currently serves as the Executive Director of the West New York Parking Authority. Harold also serves as the vice president and director of the National 82d Airborne Association.
