Dr. Richard J. Wolff

Richard J. Wolff, a resident of Weehawken, has served as Chairman of the Authority since its inception in 1988. He is a managing partner at an international consulting firm, Kreab Gavin Anderson. Prior to his current full-time position, he was chief executive officer and vice-chairman of Grayling Global, a global consulting firm specializing in financial and corporate communications. He holds a Ph.D. from Columbia University and was a dean and professor at St. John’s University. He has written several books and many articles on social and economic history and on investor relations and business.
