Purpose of Project:
Rehabilitation of approximately 4,700 linear feet of combined sewers, manholes and service connection in the Cities of Union City and West New York.

• Late February, contractor mobilize to Park Avenue Siphon Chamber

Work Period & Location

• Daytime work 4/7/25:

• Peter Street between Hudson Ave and Park Ave

• Park Ave between 30th Street and 35th Street

Description of Work

• Cleaning and CCTV

Traffic Information:

• Road Closures: None

• Parking Restrictions: Police are facilitating No Parking signs on both sides of the street.

• Detours: None

• Police presence: Yes

• Noise/Disruptions: Sewer cleaning could produce some short duration noise.
