NHSA H6/H7 Hoboken Phase 3 Construction and Traffic Management Activities: Monday, May 25 to Saturday, May 30, 2026
Project Overview
The goal of the project is to reduce combined sewer overflows (CSO’s) and improve the water quality of the Hudson River. As part of the project, new storm sewer lines and curb inlets will be installed which will alleviate drainage and potential flooding issues in the northern H6 and H7 drainage basins in Hoboken.
Key Phases & Timeline
The following construction activities and traffic management are anticipated to take place from Monday, May 25, to Saturday, May 30, 2026 by the NHSA - H6/H7 Phase 3 Project:

Installation of sanitary sewer and manhole
16th St and Clinton St Intersection
Sewer pipe repair (weather permitting)
Restoration Activities:
Grand St between 13th St and 15th St
Sidewalk and curb restoration
13 St between Adams St and Grand St
Sidewalk and curb restoration
14th St between Grand St and Clinton St
Installation of cobblestone roadway
15th St and Clinton St Intersection
Sidewalk and curb restoration
Traffic Management:
13th St between Clinton St and Willow Ave
Road closed to thru traffic, open to local traffic (8 am to 6 pm)
14th St between Grand St and Clinton St
Road closed 24 hours, 7 days/week
Access provided to local residents and KL Masters
Temporary Parking Impacts:
13th St between Adams St and Willow Ave
No parking on both sides of 13th Street (24/7)
Grand St between 13th St and 14th St
No parking on both sides of Grand Street (24/7)
