NHSA H6/H7 Hoboken Phase 3 Construction and Traffic Management Activities: Monday, June 8 to Saturday, June 13, 2026

Project Overview
The goal of the project is to reduce combined sewer overflows (CSO’s) and improve the water quality of the Hudson River. As part of the project, new storm sewer lines and curb inlets will be installed which will alleviate drainage and potential flooding issues in the northern H6 and H7 drainage basins in Hoboken.

Key Phases & Timeline

  • The following construction activities and traffic management are anticipated to take place from Monday, June 8 to Saturday, June 13, 2026 by the NHSA - H6/H7 Phase 3 Project:

Construction Activities:

Restoration Activities:

  • Grand St between 13th St and 14th St

    • Sidewalk and curb restoration

  • 13th St between Adams St and Grand St

    • Sidewalk and curb restoration

  • 14th St between Grand St and Clinton St

    • Installation of cobblestone roadway

  • 15th St and Clinton St Intersection

    • Sidewalk and curb restoration 

Traffic Management:

  • 14th St between Grand St and Clinton St

    • Road closed 24 hours, 7 days/week

    • Access provided to local residents and KL Masters

Temporary Parking Impacts:

  • Grand St between 13th St and 14th St

    • No parking on both sides of Grand Street (24/7)

  • 13th St between Adams St and Willow Ave

    • No parking on both sides of 13th Street (24/7)
