NHSA H6/H7 Hoboken Phase 3 Construction and Traffic Management Activities: Monday, May 11 to Saturday, May 16, 2026
Project Overview
The goal of the project is to reduce combined sewer overflows (CSO’s) and improve the water quality of the Hudson River. As part of the project, new storm sewer lines and curb inlets will be installed which will alleviate drainage and potential flooding issues in the northern H6 and H7 drainage basins in Hoboken.

The following construction activities and traffic management are anticipated to take place from Monday, May 11, to Saturday, May 16, 2026 by the NHSA - H6/H7 Phase 3 Project:

Repair of outfall pipe
Restoration Activities:
14th Street between Grand Street and Clinton
Installation of the Cobblestone roadway
Grand Street between 13th Street and 15th Street
Sidewalk and Curb restoration
15th Street and Clinton Street Intersection
Sidewalk and curb restoration
Traffic Management:
14th Street between Grand Street and Clinton Street
Road to be closed 24 hours, 7 days/week
Access provided to local residents and KL Masters only
13th Street between Adams Street and Grand Street
Road closed to thru traffic, local traffic only (8 am to 6 pm)
Access to 13th Street parking garages and local residents will be accessed from Adams Street
13th Street between Grand Street and Clinton Street
Road closed to thru traffic, local traffic only (8 am to 6 pm)
Access to 13th Street parking garages and local residents will be accessed from Grand Street
13th Street between Clinton Street and Willow Avenue
Roadway changed to 2-Way traffic (east and west) on 13th Street between Clinton Street and Willow Avenue

East side: Temporary no parking (24/7)
West side: Temporary no parking (24/7)
13th Street between Adams Street and Willow Avenue
Temporary no parking on both sides of 13th Street (24/7)
Grand Street between 14th Street and 15th Street
Temporary no parking east side of Grand Street no. 1418 to 1427 (6 am to 6 pm)
