NHSA H6/H7 Hoboken Phase 3 Construction and Traffic Management Activities: April 7th – April 11th, 2025
Project Overview
The goal of the project is to reduce combined sewer overflows (CSO’s) and improve the water quality of the Hudson River. As part of the project, new storm sewer lines and curb inlets will be installed which will alleviate drainage and potential flooding issues in the northern H6 and H7 drainage basins in Hoboken.
Key Phases & Timeline
- April 7, 2025 to May 15, 2025 
- Work Locations: - 15th Street between Madison Street and Adams Street 
- Jefferson Street between 13th Street and 15th Street 
 
Construction Activities
- Pile Installation to support sewer pipe, inlets, and manholes. 
- Installation of 24”,30”, 36” sewer pipe, inlets, and manholes 
- One lane of traffic along 15th Street will be maintained 
- Road closure on Jefferson Street however parking lot at 13th St - will remain open and be accessible from either 13th St or from - 14th St.
